What are the services you provide?
We specialize in packaged medication fulfillment and delivery using the Medication-On-Time system; a color-coded multi-dose bubble pack. When preferred, we also provide single dose bubble packs and traditional bottles. Finally we provide an array of clinical pharmacy services such as vaccine, medication therapy management, and full service care/ case coordination with the clinical teams from our provider sites.

Our packaged system is customizable to any patient's needs. Each organization is assigned an experienced team that knows the company and patients specific requirements. The result anticipates their needs.
We customize the daily delivery schedule to assure it is smooth and seamless; keeping meticulous records and communicating with the organization's staff to prevent delays. Medication changes that occur in between scheduled delivery cycles are handled expeditiously to ensure that each patient has the medication he or she needs.

What are the fees and costs for medication prescriptions
Horizon Pharmacy accepts all insurances. Patients are required to pay the co-pay that is charged by their insurance.
What are the costs for the packaging and delivery?
There are no fees for our services. We provide free deliver to each facility daily. There is no charge for the packaging.
